• Sensor Data (Nemesis Engine): Real-time telemetry from the smartwatch accelerometer and gyroscope to interpret physical hand gestures and control inputs.
• Network & Device Connectivity: Bluetooth pairing identification to manage the background bridge between the wearable and mobile device.
• Device Information: Hardware model, processor architecture, and operating system version to optimize edge-processing latency.

2. Data Processing (Sovereign AI & Local Edge)

Adhering to the core engineering principles of Vertex Coders, Vertex Player enforces a strict local processing model (Edge Computing). All physical movement telemetries and gesture analytics are computed exclusively on-device. No biometric, movement, or media tracking data is stored, shared, or transmitted to external cloud servers.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols on all local communication channels (Bluetooth sockets and background IPC bridges) to prevent unauthorized interception. We do not sell, trade, or share any usage logs or technical data with third-party commercial entities.

4. Android & Wear OS Permissions

To safely execute gesture capture and background media bridging, the application requests the following explicit system permissions:

• Foreground Service: Necessary to keep the sensor analysis engine active and stable while you manage media during active sessions.
• Nearby Devices / Bluetooth: Required to discover, pair, and transfer control intents between the wearable and the mobile host.
